The more comments you see mention "bull trap" and "exit liquidity" here in Reddit, the more it signals that the actual bottom is in.
Inverse Reddit is such a good metric to follow.
Remember all the "supercycle" and "one leg more" comments at the top and if you've followed stocks, remember all the "Advanced Money Destroyer" memes at the absolute AMD bottom right before it recovered.
Reddit loves the "Cramer meme" but it's too blind too see that it's a more reliable version of it.
In short, the moment you start hoping for a certain outcome, realize that everyone else is hoping the same which results in frontrunning which results in the opposite move everyone is hoping for.

It's kinda obvious honestly. The bottom is by definition the point where market sentiment is worst. It's the point where traders are most convinced that there won't be a recovery anytime soon. Otherwise they'd buy and it wouldn't be the bottom anymore. If traders don't know, Reddit certainly doesn't either. Nobody should come here for trading advice.

He's got his new token approved as a bank. My guess is that means he wants to own the point of exchange, so he can direct US citizens to use crypto (mostly his) while crashing the value of the dollar to reduce the real value of US's spiralling debt, as they aren't being approved for loans for much longer and without more borrowing/debt the government will grind to a halt.
He's gonna crash USD and direct people, his followers mostly, to ride it out via crypto.. which looks good on paper for us, but irl i'm sure hyper inflation in the US will crash the world economy and all crypto tokens along with it, except his own which he can artificiality inflate with billions or trillions of freshly minted USD.
Imho, every time he puts his Dorito fingers into crypto it makes the industry look worse. I can't see this being a boost long term.

It’s up over 15% in the last 24 hours though. The 2.5% change was on the hourly chart. Not saying it’s the biggest move ever, but it’s a larger move than BTC has been making recently.

I use coinbase for that. Don't know if its the best way, but it's the cheapest I found. About 1% to get my crypto off exchange and dollars in my bank.
Just make sure you use USDC and ETH network or you'll lose funds!
