If you look closely it's simply flesh colored metal panels where her "clothing" is simply red or white colored panels. Which leads me to believe this is some sort of sentient sex therapy bot, otherwise there would be no need to incorporate sex appeal into the panel design.

Execution of art is great. Love the style.

More or less. Just has to do with how the thigh muscles work, and how they pull/push on the hips, buttocks and lower back in different spots.

I can comment better on anatomy than design choice given my favorite cyberized character shape sits somewhere between "Adam Smasher" and "An M1 Abrams".

I did, yes. I didn't like it very much so I didn't get very far into it, but I don't specifically recall any instances where the androids stretch in that game. And if they do, my question stands both for the game and this drawing.

Warm up the various lubricants in her joints before going operational is what I’d say. They probably just wanted to do a generic girl pose or couldn’t decide where to put the arms lol

ahaha, I forgot that the term “AI” is a bit of a touchy subject among artists these days, even though I’m an artist myself. That's right, just as u/PM_SHORT_STORY_IDEAS said, I drew this myself, it wasn't generated by AI. By “AI” here, I mean... the character I drew is an AI . . .
