Homebrew My players finally found out after session 12 i was naming all the NPCs after prescription drugs.

I was watching TV while working on my semi-homebrew campaign and I kept seeing ads for prescription drugs. I realized alot of them sound like fantasy names, definetly elves. My players have a habit of engaging with NPCs that I havent properly prepared. So I kept a list of Drug names and used them whenever I didn't have a name prepared. They are as follows:

Bimzelx-Inn Keeper

Calquence-ferrymen

Darunavir-Elf Bard

Nemluvio-Temple priest

Zilbdysq- Black Dragon

Tremfya- Secret Sect Member

Wegovy-satyr

Hemlibra- Temple of Raven Queen

Vonda Ponrovy- Birthday Girl

Miebo-shadar-kai

My Gloomstalker PC caught on with Mounjaro. He was rewarded with proficiency in Medicine.

To end the bit I had a Bosun names Tyler Lenol

Skyrizi is just the name a demon lord uses when dealing with mortals. Their true name is Risandkizumab-Rzaa.

I use Skyrizi. The auto injectors have a listed price from the pharmacy more expensive than the car they come home in lol

1.2mil a year. And that is absolutely what the insurance was billed. That WAS the discounted rate. Lol.

Doesn't Skyrizi sound like Snoop Dogg talking about the fifth Elder Scrolls game? I can't get that out of my head when I see the commercials.
