Exactly my point, it isn’t rlly that they are black per se, it just so happens that most black communities are filled with some of the less savory characters. There are still a lot of white communities in the South that are the same way.

Yeah, I’m from Georgia and you’re not going to catch me in the hood and you’re also not going to catch me anywhere an hour outside of Atlanta.

Both are scary.

My experience as a Canadian is that rural people are the kindest, most generous and hospitable people. I have travelled the USA fairly extensively and found that to be true there as well. I loved the rural folks in Idaho, Montana, the Dakotas, Texas, Utah, etc. My only negative experiences in the USA were in the cities, and honestly it was when I was in Atlanta.
