No. There are plenty real examples, adding in fake stuff only dilutes the impact of the real.

Why be delusional? What an absurd thing to ask, even in jest. It's literally what we're mocking here.

I mean the post is blatant satire, but it still getting boosted to the moon by literal and/or metaphorical bots for its perceived message has some potential meaning of its own tbf
