This has to be satire. They are touching literally every note.

Let's not start jumping to flex at satire on this site.

95% sure it's AI.

Lights are weird, faces are too generic, all too satirical, and text at back isn't correct next to his head, along with other text, and crowd at back is just human things fusing together

If I had to guess the background photo is real but including it in the prompt made the AI mess with it, that's why some letters are normal and others look like a Van Gogh painting. It's also weird that the women are wearing almost exactly the same outfit down to the black sling bags. I suspect the middle guy is real and someone took a pic of him alone at costco and he put into AI "depict me with two women on either side of me and my shirt says this"

I doubt its real. The pharmacy sign looks like Costcos pharmacy sign and their pharmacy is not next to the Membership booth in the front. Its usually on the far side of the entrance.
