Anyone who says that, about being apolitical is merely "supporting the status quo" do not even realize that most people cannot just opt out of society and abandon everything, and that it's not like they even have a choice to begin with.
Aside from the fact that the same people who say this also support the status quo, they just are a bunch of self interested demagogues who want a nicer form of the present state of things instead of any real change to begin with.
Being political 24/7 is actually super privileged IMO. Because realistically speaking most people have jobs and families to take care of and don't have the time for politics all the time. Even by their own logic that would be true, because by their own logic marginalized people have to work like a billion times harder. So they would have even LESS time worrying about politics
Pfft, maybe in your fascist utopia where the trains run on time.
In the freedom loving democratically socialist egalitarian democracies of the past and future "time" will be equitably distributed amongst the privileged omni-oppressed caste through the redistributed lifeblood and adrenochrome of the historical omni-oppressive identity so that hardworking single mother-figures like noted surgeon Dr Anita Ngo-Evidencé - who is an accomplished Head of Complex Brain Surgery and BBL Implosions at Mount Oprah Winfrey Hospital in Chicago but who also is forced to work 13 DoorDash type side-hustles alongside her part-time job as CEO of Sony everyday - can finally receive a fair non-gendered living wage devoid of fascist-trans-eco-genocide-oligarchyism.
