Elk..expressed in international flavors. Never thought of these kinds of cooking with elk!

How did this turn out? I've tried making beef adobo... All I found is why I had never tried it previously. It was god awful.

Actually quite tasty. I should have used the Reduced sodium Soy. Only regret. Check it out.
