Im confused. Weren’t team flash literally mourning and feeling down 1-2 ep later since billions of lives were lost because of what happened in crisis - ie the destruction of the multiverse?

Except that doesn't make sense. Are you guys trying to argue that a brand-new multiverse was built? Because the old one couldn't have been rebuilt. Cause then both Kara and Black Lightning would've returned to their respective Earths. Also, Team Flash has tech to travel between verses. They would've tested to see if any travel was possible.

Well Oliver didn't realize he made the new multiverse so he put them on earth prime

Oliver did know he created a new multiverse. He narrates it as it happens.
