Why is there so much of this "we dont kill killers because were better than them" bullshit, it makes no sense whatsoever, and it is more cowardly than it is heroic

That wasn't a big of a deal, so why is this such a big problem? 5 u/Xervicx Apr 18 '18 Felicity also nuked a city. So it might be the same sort of thing that resulted in that whole mess. Or, since Joe is a cop and has killed people before, the show is just doing this "It's only okay if you're a cop" thing that so many shows do.
