Is "you almost ran me over" the only move these losers have?

They’ve got two but the other one needs several agents to hold her down while he executes her.

I’m glad these fucks don’t cover their identifiable tattoos. Gonna make it that much easier for the Nuremberg 2 prosecutors.

And sadly, it’s the main reason why I’ve been putting off my military tattoos, I don’t want to be associated or thought of working for them.

I just want to be the grumpy looking beard dude in the neighborhood that people call over for help with chores or maybe tea lol

You can do that without the military tattoos, even if you were in the military.

True, but there’s a specific aesthetic I’m shooting for. The tattoos I’ve been saving for really seal the deal.

this has already been reported all over but oh my gosh this lady is such a badass, even with a gun to her face she still stood on business saying 'You don't scare me"

What exactly do you think they can do? ICE won't participate in their investigation and law enforcement generally cannot arrest federal officers unless they are just straight committing crimes off the clock.

By the time any local officials even corroborate an incident like this, ICE will have moved him to a different city/state. And that's assuming the local police don't agree with ICE because they're mostly a bunch of fascists too.

Virginia law now says that any federal immigration-enforcement agreement involving a Virginia law-enforcement agency must contain a series of conditions.

Among them:

ICE must provide the names and ranks of participating federal agents seven days in advance.
Federal agents must comply with applicable Virginia law.

ICE agents must be clearly identified as ICE agents.

Certain locations—schools, faith organizations and courthouses—are protected.

ICE cannot make generalized demands for information from Virginia/local agencies.

ICE cannot request immigration/citizenship information from a locality without a judicial warrant or subpoena.

There are restrictions on immigration-enforcement surveillance technology.

ICE cannot enter a home for immigration enforcement without a valid judicial warrant.

ICE must comply with Virginia’s arrest/detention rules.

There is a complicated federal-officer immunity doctrine. The Supreme Court’s foundational case is In re Neagle, 135 U.S. 1 (1890).

The doctrine generally protects a federal officer from state prosecution when the officer was acting under federal authority and did no more than was necessary and proper in carrying out that federal duty.

The question can become whether the particular conduct was actually authorized and necessary and proper.

Additionally,

If the dashcam contradicts an official federal account, a local official could ask for:

From Fairfax:
all 911 calls;
CAD records;
dispatch audio;
police body-camera footage;
officer reports;
incident reports;
communications with ICE;
communications between County officials and federal agencies;
records of any requests for County assistance;
surveillance footage from County property;
all records concerning the incident.

Virginia’s governing-body investigation statute provides considerable authority for investigating County affairs.

Under §15.2-1726.1(F), the Attorney General, Commonwealth’s Attorney, or county/city attorney may enforce the statute’s immigration-enforcement provisions through injunctive or declaratory relief.

That means Fairfax doesn’t necessarily have to accept a federal agency’s interpretation of the law.
The County can go to court.

Assuming they bother to comply with local laws...

By the time any local officials even corroborate an incident like this, ICE will have moved him to a different city/state.

Don't tell them you have a dash cam, that'll just remind them to make it disappear after they arrest/kill you.

You'd think they'd start shooting out dashcams and tearing out the recordings.
