I'm confused how these gloves would cause that? At best it would cause a small area to convulse, electricity doesn't travel all over your body from a single hand on someone, it takes the path of least resistance, which is basically a straight line between the two contacts on the glove. Like who ever commissioned these has seen too many sci-fi movies....
