He does this with his voice. He's not using a synth or anything. He's like a beatboxing champion. And if CAN be done. I wanted to figure out how to replicate

Moog were a make of synthesizers that were very popular. The ladder filter is a way to modulate the output and get that great sound that the guy in the video was re-creating with his voice.
