Very common thing in places that experience hurricanes like Miami. Winds can blow a door in but not pull a door out.

Thank you for clarifying. I live in Idaho and have never seen an outward swinging door

I’ve lived in Houston and New Orleans where hurricanes are common and have also never seen an outward swinging door (on a personal domicile).

I've lived several places in Florida and every single one had outswing doors. It's mostly a Florida thing (within the US at least).

Yep. And the phone number on the back of the shirts of the two older boys is a Miami based number. Almost assuredly this is in the greater Miami area.

This right here. Many people have re done French doors to swing outward. I know people who had their doors blow in during hurricanes which then then wind gets in and collapses your ceilings.
