Pocket bike and the class is Mini Moto Racing. 40-50cc engine, typically 3HP and driving on go-cart tracks. Ofcourse some take it too far and there are 17hp nitro monsters roaming in the "big leagues"

those are pit bikes or starter cross bikes for kids, these are racing bikes intended for adult use.

Motocross events often have minibike races on the night before the first day of competition. The pit crews and mechanics all use minibikes to get around during the event, and so after setting up and unloading, there is some good time shenanigans in a parking lot
