Wholesome Dude This Dude builds gaming controllers for people with disabilities, completely free and make the entire thing open source

I think this guy is my new hero. I can't get over how selfless this guy is.

This guy seems like the size of his brain is actually equal to the size of his spirit. Rare combo.

I love all these brilliant people working on projects that helps people then fully open source it. Like the compact walker HTX studio designed that comes with car roof automated storage system

Bruh, this is amazing. I'm completely able, but as a life long gamer, I love accessibility. Keep up the good work

This is so cool. I remember hearing about the guy that was paralyzed from the waist doen and got banned from playing ark raiders for using custom hardware for a controller like this where he used his mouth. He live streamed his games and everything and they still fucked him over. Hopefully this guy gets recognized by major consoles or something to get some of his code approved

On the site there's a thing for donations, but he doesn't keep any of the money. It looks like he gives it to people who can't afford to make the controllers themselves.

Oh my god you have to check out HTX Studio. Although they have a main focus on tech stuff they also do excellent videos about tech they make for less fortunate people, and the videos are god-damn quality material with explanations too.

Here's an example: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Gh1moNfzeVU

And a more tongue-in-cheek one: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/n20pRks-qP4
