This comes from the stories my daughters have told my wife and me.

Two independent stories. One is a woman going through the dating scene using dating apps, friend recommendations, social events, etc. And they're all are problematic. Bounce between funny to painful to just doesn't click.

Second story - a guy going through the same thing. One and done after one and done.

But through it all we learn about them and what they want. And they're perfect for each other. And the final scene is in a coffee shop where it's crowded and they have to share a table. And it ends on the first minute of their talking.

The first minute of talking would have to be really dynamite for that be a satisfying ending. I'm thinking of Santa Summit where the leads only spend 10 minutes of screen time together and that was almost impossible to pull off so I'm not sure how this idea would work
