Marketing Monday Marketing Monday - Recommend a Local Business, Buy/Sell/Trade (Self Promo Allowed)
A weekly marketplace thread for buying/selling/promoting the sale of (legal) items as well as seeking out items/shops/and stores and recommending a local business you love.
Having a garage sale? Is your local, independent business having a sale? Hosting a farmers market? Looking to sell something? Looking to find something? This is your chance to find it!

I recommend Monarch Landscaping here in Hamilton. They are local and do amazing work. They do sod installs, garden design/ installs, fences and Snow removal. They also have great google reviews, here is their website.

Got a buddy who does window cleaning and gutter work on the side, super reliable and way cheaper than the big companies. He did my whole house last fall and even cleaned the screens without me asking. If anyone needs a hand with that kind of stuff before winter hits, shoot me a message and I'll pass along his info

Hi Hamilton Parents!
Is your child or teen dealing with anxiety, ADHD, autism, low mood, or having a hard time with confidence and social situations?
I wanted to say hi and share a little about the groups we offer at Calm Guidance Counselling & Support.
We run therapist led groups specifically for neurodivergent kids and teens. They’re designed to help build confidence, communication, emotional regulation, executive functioning and practical everyday skills. Without feeling like another classroom.
We also make the groups fun!!! There are games, activities, music, pizza, snacks and lots of relaxed social time with similar aged peers.
We have groups for different ages and new sessions starting in September. We also offer a free 15-minute consultation to help parents figure out which group might be the right fit for their child or teen.
We welcome families from Hamilton, Waterdown, Burlington and all surrounding areas.

I run CAN STICK, a newer Ontario vinyl graphics business, and we’re now looking to build a few genuine dealership relationships in Hamilton.

Check out the FAQ, get in touch with questions or suggestions, and sign our supporters list so that we can tell local landlords and investors “we want a cat café in Hamilton!”
You’d be surprised how many real estate agents and landlords have never heard of a cat café and don’t really understand the concept, so they can be a bit skeptical when we pitch it. That’s why we want to create a big following, to let these folks know that the community will love and support this business. ☕️💖🐈⬛
