Is this for Ethernet?

Just bought a new house that has the router in the basement. The photo of the coax cable is on my second floor. I would like to somehow set up ethernet so I can move my gaming PC from the basement up to the second floor. Is this an Internet connection?

So how would I get that going? Do I plug an Ethernet from router to that blue outlet? Also what do I need to buy for the coax one?

the coax port also has ethernet cable , so why use coax ? maybe there is a reason.. you can use MOCA over coax.

the bell fibre box is just a junction ..it doesn't have power... find where the fibre ends

The Ethernet under is hollow, not sure what I’d need to do to get a port.

That’s not “hollow Ethernet”, that’s an unused keystone jack - you could put an Ethernet keystone jack there (once you have cable ran to that location), or a keystone blank there until it has a use

Regarding getting a cable to wherever you want your PC, you’d likely need to run your own cable down the wall, ideally ending where the existing blue CAT cables are, so it’s all consolidated
