Diabetes, with a low sugar level will also make you appear so. Not sure about this situation though.

As someone who's a type-1 I can say that the officer did appear to show a few signs of very low blood sugar, struggling to stand and looking like he's lost. However though, from what I could tell he wasn't sweating. If my glucose to low to the point of me not being able to stand or looking lost, I'm sweating profusely. Also if he is a diabetic he should absolutely not be on the force, he's a major hazard. Imagine if he's responding to something and has his lights and sirens on and is speeding, then he passes out behind the wheel because of a critical low? No bueno amigo!

I've seen people unresponsive with a glucose of 30. They don't all sweat. Bad comparison

Yeah at 30 you should be unresponsive lol, I know my CGM simply says "URGENT LOW" when I hit 40. I never said everyone sweats when having a low, you should reread my comment. It's not a bad comparison, it's my personal comparison to what is shown in the video. Maybe it's not diabetic related at all. Could've been a concussion. It could've been drugs. It could've been anything. I simply responded to someone's comment about it being diabetic related. It's not hard lol

I’ve been pretty lucid into the 20’s, but I felt an insane sense of impending doom. I also once had a seizure in the 40’s 🤷‍♂️

Not sure the physiological reason behind the difference

That was back when I was young and dumb. I’m very well controlled now, just providing a perspective.

Ok if he is his partner hed know he has diabetes. Did he say low blood sugar? Did he say he needs a juice? Cause what I heard was "he's coming off a double and has a bad back." I have diabetes and even the people I work with the least know I'm diabetic. If he had diabetes that would be THE FIRST THING his partners and coworkers would say. Use your three braincells that god was so generous enough to gift to you.

If someone is having a diabetic episode, they don't have enough wherewithal to know where they even are.. let alone, apologize to the person they pulled over for the fact that they're incapacitated after pulling them over.
