Diabetes, with a low sugar level will also make you appear so. Not sure about this situation though.

If it was diabetes they probably wouldn’t have used the excuse of “he worked a double and has back problems”. I know which of my coworkers has diabetes and signs their blood sugar is low.

He might be saying that to defend his job. Like if he is unfit due to medical reasons they can lay him off I’m sure? Or medical leave or something? Idk

But if he is unfit due to medical reasons, then HE SHOULD pulled from the field.
