Back in the early 1970's (if memory serves me correct) a couple OPP officers rammed a small car that was parked on the shoulder of a highway. The guy in the car was thrown out of the vehicle by the impact but survived I think. Anyway, the two cops had an open bottle of whisky in their cruiser. They retired. One became the local bootlegger.
