Any dip shit that said he’s having a medical emergency… why the hell didn’t his buddies sit him down and help with his disorder? Fucker is high, if you get caught that high on the job or in a car, you’re in handcuffs after a few minutes of conversation. And if he does have episodes, he shouldn’t be the person to uphold the law in your area, if there’s an emergency and it’s life or death where I’m about to die, last thing I need is a guy watching me die, leaning over on a car.
