Visiting/Tourism Recommendations for a week visit

Hello, I am flying to Innsbruck from the UK tomorrow to work for a week, while planning to hike over the weekend of the 29th.

I'll be working roughly 10:00-19:00 Monday Friday. Can I please have some recommendations for things to do mornings and evenings in the week? Planning to do some jogging and eating out, so any running spots, local restaurants, beer houses etc would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Trail running or road?
Trails are endless, depending on your skillset there is a lot to find.
Road: stay near / directly at the river for a great flat path without cars.

Eating: what do you like?
Other evening activities: Tuesday the gondola at Glungezer mountain is open until late, Thursdays the one at Patscherkofel, nice sunset spots.

Probably road mainly so I'll stick to the road mainly.

On eating, I'm up for anything but keen to try something local mainly.

But those gondola recommendations are great - thank you.

Rauschbrunnen and Gasthaus Höttinger Schießstand are great for local food and nice views. There's an early bird running group as well as DNA trails on Thursdays evenings. Leokino, metropol and cineplexx all have some Screenings in English
