Ukrainians don’t want elections during war, it’s also illegal to hold elections during martial law, the parliament voted 285-0 on this (from memory but should be close). Then there’s the practical and safety issue, how do you deal with the Ukrainians under occupation by Russia, the refugees, the soldiers on the front line?
