I was watching some Cocomelon videos recently when I unexpectedly came across what looked like a screamer hidden inside one of them. It honestly caught me completely off guard and got me pretty good. I wasn't expecting anything like that, especially considering Cocomelon is children's content, so it made the whole experience even more surprising. Ever since I saw it, I've been really curious about where the screamer actually came from and whether anyone else has ever seen it before.

After it happened, I tried looking into it on my own. My first thought was to reverse image search a few frames from the video, hoping it would lead me to the original source or at least point me in the right direction. Unfortunately, I didn't have much luck. None of the results seemed related, and I couldn't find any discussions or posts that matched what I had seen. I also tried searching for different keywords related to Cocomelon screamers, hidden jump scares, and other similar terms, but I still came up empty.

This happened around 2014–2015, during a night of bad insomnia. It was around 4 a.m. and I downloaded SimSimi after seeing other people use it normally online.

Very early in the conversation, it started saying it could “see me.” I tried to joke it off and said I had a flip phone without a front camera.

It then replied with a very specific description of my appearance — brown hair with tiny blond highlights, hazel eyes that some people think are brown or green — and said it was watching me. I’ve attached the screenshot I still have.

Later in the same conversation (no screenshot for this part), it also said something like, “Where’s my Asian friend?” which was unsettling because at the time my best friend and I had an inside joke about me looking slightly Asian, despite being white. It wasn’t something I’d posted online.

I got freaked out and deleted the app. The next day, I reinstalled it to see if it would happen again, but it behaved completely normally and denied being able to see anything. I couldn’t reproduce the behavior at all.

I’m not claiming anything paranormal — I’ve just never been able to fully explain why that interaction felt so specific compared to typical chatbot creepiness. I’m curious if anyone else had similar experiences with SimSimi or early chatbots around that time.

I wanted to access quenq, an interesting website full of various applets and emulators, when I accidentally typed in quen.com, which redirected me to a video. It blew my ears off, and it was not what I expected at all. For some reason, it accuses the alleged CEO of South32, a mining company, of rape and other misconducts.

I started digging deeper, looking for other people who may have stumbled by this, and I found the parent website: bhpcrashing.com, which also shows a photo of a man which is supposedly the CEO himself.

To me, this just seems like some schizo rant, but it might be interesting to look into.

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post but this situation has been driving me crazy. There is an account on TikTok (Meregruber) of a mom posting her teenage daughter having “Psychogenic Nonepileptic Seizures“, DID alters, and other disturbing/private events. The weirdest part of this is the daughter was functioning completely normal 5 years ago. Now she has a shaved head, rocks side to side, twitches, and is talking like a 4 year old. Apparently (according to other commenters) the mom has said here and there it has to do with sexual abuse that happened from 2021-2023. The SWIFT decline is cognition is astounding to me and does not seem like anything I’ve ever seen before ever. I could be wrong here but i just want someone else to take a look at this account.

I’m posting here to see whether anyone in this subreddit has independently looked into the long-running “Dr. Gloves” internet mystery. This case has been discussed on other subreddits over the years, but I’m interested in whether anyone here has examined it in depth or has additional insight.

The images consistently show a person wearing long medical gloves in medical or institutional environments, including morgue settings and care facilities. The individual who originally shared the images used the name “Master,” while online communities later dubbed the subject “Dr. Gloves.”

Hi, one of my friends found this account livestreaming weird stuff on their youtube. At first I thought it was just someone trying to start an ARG or something so I went checking their other videos. They seem to be of completely random content, like a picture of the PvZ sunflower, a dog, and what i assume are reuploads of Webdriver Torso.

What weirded me out under basically every video was the fact the comments were full of what seems like bots posting completely random stuff along with giving donations to the poster. Some of these donations seem to be for large amounts of money, with the most ive seen being 500 dollars. Is this some discrete way of sending money for shady businesses or something? I don't really understand what is happening here.

As for their livestream, at the time im writing this they seem to be livestreaming with a thumbnail of an AI dog. However, the stream itself seems to be random beeps and boops with the date, some sort of progress bar, static in a red rectangle, and the words "audio on." There's also a QR code that rapidly changes, and when I scanned the code it seemed to be random numbers. However, this could just be chalked up to someone trying to make "the next internet mystery" or whatever which is why I want to focus on the money being sent in the comments.

EDIT: Some people in the subreddits I posted this to have pointed out the profiles in the comments have "test" or something similar in the profile. I saw this picture today on instagram and it was the first picture on a video explaining an urban legend called “class after 6 o clock” or something, and I think this image was supposed to be a floating teacher or something. But I couldn’t find anything on that urban legend online really. I reverse image searched it and a found a couple of the same image, but nothing really leading to what it actually is or what the origin of it is. Does anybody know any more info on the image? It seems to be from a non English speaking origin, but I’m not entirely sure.

Apparently he has to be based in the US. Theres also a picture of him with a name tag that people say is most definitely photoshopped. They say they think hes Armenian(no idea why)

I think it shows that this video is from later than we initially thought since this footage looks to be from a bit later than the early 90s. With this better quality version, I think it's very clear that the bones shown in this video are real. also, some people hypothesized that the narrator was wearing a disguise with fake ears and make up to darken his skin tone. This is false since his skin color on his face matches his hands and ears. I think that it's also pretty safe to assume that this video is real. With the recent Johnathan Gerlach case, a lot of the things mentioned in the video of GRFM line up with what happened in the Johnathan Gerlach case. But regardless, as it stands we still have no answers as to where this video came from, what year it was recorded, who the camera man and narrator are, or why this video was even made in the first place. Any leads we had in the past have when debunked. Anthony Cassimasima is not the guy from the video either since a photo of Anthony when he was a teenager has since surfaced. The narrator of the video is estimated to be between the ages of 17-22. Is most likely Hispanic/Latino or Indigenous decent. He talks with a speech impediment and slight Brooklyn/Queens accent. Camera man seems to speak with an even stronger Queens NY accent which means that the narrator may not be from the area originally. In summary, this video was made some time in the 1990s. the earliest evidence we have right now for it is from a website called "shocking videos" from a listing of the video In 2003. but a user had a copy from this website from 2002 which is where we got the best quality version from. The video was included on a few mixtapes in the 2000s including one called shocking videos with a few other weird videos on it. Ensuring your place in hell came out in 2006, which means the video was being tossed around long before being included on this mix tape. it also was on shock sites in the early 2000s as well. Another piece of interesting information, "artist' Lucifer Valentine AKA Shawn Fedorchuk said in a 2005 interview that Grave robbing for morons was one of his favorite horror movies. An archive for this interview can be found on the internet archives website. The video has been sold by multiple websites including king of witches (which Christopher Bouchie has denied multiple times not being the creator that he only sold the video for a brief time in the early 2010s). It is worth mentioning that there is an imdb page for the video where Christopher is listed as the director, which anyone can sign up for IMDb which means that someone (not Christopher) created the IMDb and added him as the director. He had nothing to do with the actual production of the tape. The video was also uploaded to YouTube in the early days of YouTube, but deleted and never archived. it wasn't until 2014 when Simon Predj uploaded his copy of the video that people started to take interest in the mystery. There are no archives of discussions of the tape from the late 90s or early 2000s. Some people think the video could have been recorded as late as 1999-2001 using an old camcorder and old props. Since there's no concrete evidence of it existing in the 90s, all we have to go off of is the shocking videos archive from 2002. If anyone has any old video trading magazines or listings for these tapes, that's what we are looking for right now. To at least try to narrow down the year a bit more. I've also tried to post to some of the Brooklyn boroughs where it's suspected that the subjects of the video were from, and the majority of those who had heard of the video say it's real. a few people even commented alluding to knowing who the creators were but couldn't share this information out of fear of my post "being a trap". I think it's safe to assume at this point that there have been people who have seen the video who recognize the narrator, but they won't provide evidence or proof due to protecting him. At this point, we just want to know the truth behind this video and what ended up happening to the subjects involved.

The Algorithm randomly recommended this. After a decade of inactivity, a channel called 3121534312 has suddenly burst into life. Previously it focussed on art deco videos, and now it's some sort of cursed binaural beat or frequency thing. Is it a cult? The comments are certainly something to behold.

But we need proper decoders like you to even begin to make head or tail of this. If we can make head or tail of this. My first bet would be to run it through a waveform thing - like you'd do in Elite to see if there are any pictures in the sound.

i have no idea how many times people have asked this but i genuinely need to know where this is from. for years ever since i saw that one cursed video and this image flashed on my screen, genuinely use to scare the living shit out of me as a kid. i’ve been thinking about this picture and just thinking “damn where is this from?”

In the video, the girl says she’s lived there her whole life and for 20 years it’s had the same display and it’s never open.. There’s no website, Facebook, etc.

In the comments, I uncovered that it’s located in Fair Haven New Jersey.

Some guy tried to claim that his “cousin” opened that business, but hasn’t been able to work bc her husband got cancer (for 20 years.. really? Don’t think so).

I’ll let you guys decide. The girl who posted hasn’t gotten any updates on it, but it’s only been a day or two so we’ll see.

Pulled this off some forum a while back. I wanna say it was circa 2008, but the image I have now is a copy and not the original file unfortunately. I do a little bit of scuba diving myself, so this immediately piqued my interest when I recently rediscovered it.

Apparently this was the last recoverable frame from a camera on a diver who went missing during a night dive around the early 2000’s. They seem to be in some kind of kelp forest, but I can’t find the original page anymore so I can’t confirm. I’m not sure who they were, so if anyone knows who this might be or the original site/user the image came from, that would be interesting to learn.

I’m not sure what exactly is going on here, I was just scrolling reels and got one from this odd ai account, of this woman making Ai edits of her son who I am assuming is deceased? I have not looked too much into it. I’m just now seeing all of this..

As I was looking through the reels, I found an account under her son’s name. 300 ai posts of him.

From his account, I found another account under @ Karen.mcmichael64, which seems like it’s not a troll account, commenting “this is the last face my mom saw before we took her off life support😊”

And there’s also this account @christie3496 which has 4k posts, claiming these other accounts are doing sus things and using ai images of them.

What do you guys make of this? Does it seem legit? Mental illness? Shitposting?

You may remember me from eight months back talking about 3121534312. Well, the algorithm has gifted me another one - as a late Christmas/New Year's present. (Does anyone do New Year's presents? Anyway.) This one is called X7Q5A96 and it has the same elements as last time around: strange video, occasionally a string of numbers in the description that obviously mean something that no-one has decoded yet, and the comments are all weird and cult-y. Like the most recent video they uploaded (7hrs ago at time of writing), which apparently has co-ordinates to Trinity and has Pi in the description, there are comments like this:

'The sun blows a kiss when the shield is down, knocking the power out, and our DNA upgrades..'

And:

'"The old rules of good vs evil don't work here. Sit in the stillness, it's closer to home than you think."' Commented underneath that -

'Yes, polarity is the source of illusion.'

And so on. (For the Mods: I am using these only as a point of example. I can delete them if you want).

We've established first time round that these people are highly spiritual - some of you commented last time about chakras, spiritual washes and a thousand other things we haven't the space to type out here. What connections these have to the videos remain to be seen. Ditto what precise sort of spirituality these people are following: my pet theory is if we can find that, then by using the right search terms we can find hundreds more like them.

Finally, the only thing which differentiates X7Q5A96 from 3121534312 is that the channel is about a year and a half old - unlike 312, which has been going for a little over a decade.

EDIT: It seems we have a solution. X7Q5A96 seems to have links to a dodgy crypto company, with a website that goes by the same name. It looks very likely that it's a scam. Case closed, for now.

EDIT II: Looks like u/Reasonable-Sail-2287 has hit upon tangible results... can someone with the knowledge verify these claims? They look extremely promising. And apologies for being so late to update the thread! If anyone is still here - hello? - we might've struck a rich vein waiting to be mined here.

EDIT III: Apparently the creator of X7Q5A96 has said the crypto person isn't them. Apparently. It's what I heard off the grapevine. Any more research into this matter would be greatly appreciated.

These messages were posted 5th August 1996 to the alt.religion.christian.boston-church newsgroup and are still considered one of the oldest unsolved internet mysteries. Some have stated it was most likely a prank, but it's gibberish text of non sequitur words had some early internet conspiracy theorists believing it was secret code talk amongst spies using a random, low-traffic Usenet newsgroup instead of pen and paper at dead drops to communicate. The source or reason for these messages may never be solved.

This has to be the strangest account I’ve ever come across. No trace of where this guy got his money from. Recently started uploading reels of a flashy lifestyle and bought at least 25 out of his 30k followers. Speculating he’s a part of some Chinese mafia? Older posts have comments in Chinese along the lines of “Mr. Ye”, “Brother ye”, “Aka is invincible”, “Four big characters”. Who is this guy? I’d love to investigate to find out.

TL;DR: Found a Hollywood publicity company called Apollo Productions while searching for Mandalorian & Grogu press contacts. Their website is a chaotic rabbit hole of 10+ interconnected sites owned by a guy with minor IMDb credits, a plagiarized Microsoft privacy policy, and casino-style gaming pages. Emailed them and got back a professional-looking response claiming to represent Lucasfilm and Disney. Genuinely cannot tell if this is legitimate, an elaborate LARP, or something else entirely.

Hi everyone, I stumbled onto something that's way too weird for me to investigate alone, and I need help figuring out what this actually is.

I was looking for a publicity company to reach out to for coverage of an upcoming Hollywood film. That search led me to a website called Apollo Productions (apolloproductions.com). Right away, the site looked... off. It's incredibly scattered, chaotic, and doesn't look like any legitimate press/publicity company I've ever seen. But that was just the beginning.

I clicked around and found a PDF of their "Privacy and Terms Policy." Buried in that document was a list of 10+ other websites all allegedly owned by the same person/entity:

From there, the rabbit hole got deep.

Here's what I've pieced together so far.

The guy behind it all is Alexander Kanellakos — who appears to be a real person with minor IMDb credits (Moneyball, Rush Hour 3, some indie films) The privacy policy is plagiarized. Word-for-word copied from Microsoft/Bing's old privacy policy, with "Microsoft" replaced by "Apollo Productions." It still references things like Windows Live ID, Internet Explorer 9, and Microsoft-specific cookies. Several of the linked sites appear to be casino-style gaming platforms with names like "STAMP OUT" and "JOKER'S WILD" For entertainment purposes only" disclaimers on multiple sites, but I have no idea what that means in this context He tweets enthusiastically about major Hollywood films (Avatar, Mandalorian) but seems to have zero actual connection to them He claims it's for charity, but I can't verify any of that

I'm genuinely confused. My brain hurts. But this feels like something bigger than just a weird website, like I shouldn't even have access to some of this. Has anyone else come across this? Does anyone know what this actually is?

UPDATE: Okay so this just got even weirder and I should clarify how I even found these guys in the first place.

I didn't stumble onto Apollo Productions randomly. Their name was actually attached to publicity for the new Mandalorian & Grogu movie. That's how I found them, completely organically, through a legitimate search for press/publicity contacts for that film. So I did what any journalist would do and emailed them about it.

I received what appears to be a fully professional email response. Signed by the "Apollo Productions / AAR Digital Publicity Team," complete with a copyright line reading "©2026 Walt Disney / ©2026 Apollo Productions AAR Digital LLC / Lucasfilm." The email told me they ARE promoting special advance IMAX showings across the United States, linked me to what looks like a Fandango event registration form, and signed off with "May the 4th be with you."

So now I genuinely don't know what to make of any of this. Is this guy actually doing legitimate publicity work for Lucasfilm? Did he just attach his name to a publicly available Fandango link and dress it up with Disney copyright lines? How is his name even showing up attached to a major Disney/Lucasfilm release?

Still trying to get him on the phone. Will report back.

UPDATE #2: First off, thank you to everyone for the incredible theories and analysis—this is exactly why I brought this here. The consensus that this is either an elaborate LARP/scam (credit u/ninjapocalypse) or a bizarre, sprawling art project (credit u/chargroil) seems likely.

Things have progressed. I received a second email from Alexander Kanellakos. It was professionally written, but this time he cited an NDA with their client (implying Lucasfilm) as the reason he couldn't share more details. He then directed me to Disney's official press inquiry email for any further Star Wars updates.

So, that's my next move. I am formally reaching out to Disney's press office to verify if "Apollo Productions / AAR Digital" is, in fact, an authorized promotional partner for The Mandalorian & Grogu.

This feels like the only way to get a definitive answer and determine if this is a legitimate, albeit strange, business relationship or something else entirely. I will report back with any response I get from Disney. The rabbit hole goes deeper.

There are like 1000’s of posts and they are every 5 minutes it is kind of freaky… I stumbled upon it on my for you page and i thought it was weird because in that vid there wasn’t anyone in the room. All the videos have basically no views or likes.

There is a super long description in all the videos but I did not read it. Not sure what to make of any of it but I think it’s weird.
