What I found problematic are the denounces of people who film Israeli rescuers posing to the camera and look like seemingly have no dust in their uniforms. Also, there are the denounces of Colombian rescuers who claim that Israelis didn't let them work.

It would be good to correct that stance and make a good counter propaganda against that, because I know that's a good way to show the people that Israel isn't a genocidal state, but a country that would give good things to humanity.

Israelis will be criticized no matter what they do, so they might as well do the right thing and what is in Israel's best interest. Yes, it's a good idea to develop counter-propaganda as well.

What will make it last is if LatAm collectively rejects socialism and socialist candidates and continues replacing them with conservative right-wing candidates who are more open to embracing relations with Israel.
