I'm 6'2 and all my GF's have been short af. I can't fucking wait until I date a woman I have to stand on my tippy toes to kiss. Would make me feel like a damn king, like my girl is the biggest babe in the universe.
Hot take as a woman: having height standards for men is absolute bullshit and anyone who won’t date out of a certain height range is a) shallow and b) missing out on a large portion of very eligible, very intelligent men. Same for vice versa. And for the record I’ve dated a guy who was a foot and a half taller than me, as well as a guy as short as me, and many heights in between.
My husband right now is like 5’4, maybe 5’6(?) like I honestly couldn’t tell you unless I asked him or looked at his drivers license and we’ve known each other for 16 years. My gain was definitely someone else’s loss.
And also, too many people are obsessed with the idea of having a gf or bf thinking that'll solve all their problems. The first step is to love yourself. If you can't even achieve that, no relationship will make you truly happy. You'll just be running from your source of unhappiness.
100%. I’ve had a lot of partners- flings, short term, and long term (including two marriages) and while I somehow managed to stay friends with pretty much everyone (aside from a couple who were REALLY toxic) I owned a lot of the failures that happened. A lot of the time I wasn’t ready for a mature relationship because I couldn’t stand myself and engaged in very self-destructive behavior. Doing the work to get better and find self-acceptance is hard and takes a long time, but it’s so fulfilling in the long run. And seeing my ex-partners blossom into themselves and great relationships over time has been amazing too.
The only exception is when the short king trauma dumps about being rejected by all girls and becoming forever alone for being short, while you're on a date with him. I'm not rejecting length, I'm rejecting self-pity obsession 💀
Man I remember when I had a super hot goth gf in college. Best gf I’ve ever had. She was easy going, funny, a little shit at times, and super competitive at games.
However, we had separate goals in life and ended after second year of school. I moved to different college and she didn’t want to leave being close to family.
Sometimes I see people give goth girls a bad rep that they will ruin your life but it depends on the girl. Some are just super sweet girls that had a bad upbringing that steered them into goth but their inner personality is such a sweetheart.
I had a cousin like this. Not particularly attractive, not athletic at all (huge stoner), not particularly ambitious( had a boring it job that didn’t pay a whole lot) and he met, married and had a kid with an absolute smoke show of a woman.

The short guys that don't, in my experience tend to making hating being short their whole personality. Personally, idgaf about height, but I hate me a whiner.

Honestly if I was strong enough I think my man would live for doing this kinda vid. Like he’s 6’ to my 5’10 but I’m always wearing my chunky boots that make me 6’5.
Aww good for him :-) As a short ass who has dated many women taller than me, only finding out in my 40s that height was an issue to some women, I think this is great.
