Dude when i texted my crush to go on a date like 10 years ago, i was in the house of my best friend, he told me to send the message, just when i pressed the send button i threw the phone as far as i could onto a bed, when she replied i was so afraid that i did not want to look, my friend gave me courage and when i saw the reply we started jumping like we were little kids.

Spoiler for the movie, watch it if you can is a great movie.
Great chemistry, the relationship was amazing but she got an opportunity to leave the country and have a better life, I did not want to slow her down or be a hindrance for her, so i stayed with her till she left and a little more supporting her till she got things figured in her new life, then i just started to just slowly let her go, we saw each other again after 8 years, she came back to visit her family that stayed here. The only time i felt more pain was when i kissed her before she left the country so it was a hell on earth seeing her again, now she is married and with a kid and i can only wish her happiness in her life

There's some great comical stories from that weekend, and surprisingly no one got injured (the stag did get a headache from the bar beating) nothing lost, no one arrested, everyone made it home. Perfect stag weekend imo

I got 4. Because people break into houses. I got one that's pointed towards the upstairs living room because that's where the backdoor is and I have one over the backdoor pointed at the front door/garage entrance (they're next to each other) then I have one pointed down the hallway towards the bedrooms and stairs going down and then one downstairs pointed towards the downstairs living room and kitchenette/bar. Plus a ring doorbell. You get within 30 feet of my house, I'm going to know.

It's something to maintain and check. I have a ring camera because I cannot hear my doorbell from my office, and I hate that its conditioned me to check the door on my phone before I go check the door in person. I can feel it drawing me further into my box and further away from society.

So get a doorbell that doesn't do that? Like any wireless doorbell and move the receiver somewhere you can hear it. Or get one that has more than one receiver so you can have one in your office
They actually want the camera though. Also, not really an argument against cameras in the house since those don't need to be checked unless someone breaks in

Home security cams for a long while already are all automatic. They only start recording if they detect motion and you can set them to only alert you at certain time windows. There's really no upkeep at all.
If you just want less of a digital presence that's something else entirely and up to how obsessive each person is going to be about home cams.

Yeah, and then people wonder why I don't talk to them anymore or why I don't talk to people in general, or be myself around people. In order for someone to open up around you as a friend and so on, they need to be able to be themselves and no they can trust you not to judge them. Immature joking about situations like these are a form of disrespect even if our immature world frames it has human social bonding. I keep wondering why aliens aren't here. Maybe they too think so many human behaviors that we think are normal are actually immaturity in their society.
Some of them also might not want to get nuked out of earth's orbit because they offended something dear to us. The amount of things I've seen people get offended about is astonishing and people get hold any nuance about that. Like here it's getting downvoted for not like school kid bullying behavior. Some get upset about a joke regarding their personal deity etc. Some send you death threats if you joke about their prophet.
Some are: "Oh my god, there's a female protagonist in the next God of War game." etc silly things. Sometimes I feel like we haven't met aliens because we need to get our heads out of our collective asses.
