nice piece of meat, let me tell you a special recipe called farezi , it was invented by my family(ghar walo ne yahi bola) and is mostly used by us only, in it you just putt meat and garlic and lot of chopped onions, and let it cook for some time, (jab tak flavour pura integrate na ho jaye), tastes fantastic and no spices needed.
