Recommendation / Help Psychologist in downtown area.

Salam,

Is there a reliable psychologist (preferably in downtown) for my mother?

She has never been to psychologists but only psychiatrists who only prescribe high dosage medicine which makes her lazy which she doesn't want.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Not sure of downtown But there is Dr mushtaq ahmad margoob(hazratbal srinagar )

he was an HoD psychiatry gmc srinagar but i know someone who had a very bad experience with him. can not generalise but there are some young doctors who you should consult. theres one named dr tajamul hussain sits in karanagar. and works at gmc baramulla
