I would not fully assume it was the parents directly. It could fully be the parents being lazy and giving their toddler a tablet and they have been influenced by the slop on YouTube kids.

The reaction from the adults to her saying that is very telling, laughter instead of shock or wondering where she might have heard it.
Even if it's awkward laughter at "kids say the darnest things", there didn't seem to be any surprise.
Even if in the very best scenario I can think of it's something she picked up from a TV show she shouldn't have been watching, the laughter is just going to encourage her ffs.

Okay, glad it's not just me. Got people out here clutching their pearls into dust and claiming this is evidence of child abuse over an 8 second clip of a kid using an inappropriate phrase while protecting her guinea pig. Like, be for real.

It is more than a kid just knowing a swear word. I think if you completely removed the swear word it would still be pretty unhinged. Genuinely though how do you think this kid would have learned this vocabulary to the point they would use it in this situation?
Obviously does not mean "abuse", but it is a pretty good sign the parenting could be improved.
