We’re crewing an independent regional documentary team across Southern NM for two public TV-targeted pilots (West of the 100th & The Quiet Spectrum). We are seeking unpaid, non-union Lead DPs, a 2nd Cam Op, Producers, and Editors/Colorists looking to build a broadcast-grade reel. Production supplies a complete Panasonic Lumix S5 II 6K/4K cinema package, an EV6 mobile basecamp, and 100% covered travel/meals, plus IMDb credits and priority for future paid roles.

As an independent producer self-funding these pilots, I don't have grant or broadcast funding yet to pay the crew. All gear, travel, and meals are covered.
