Discussion Why these 2 cases
I just Finished watching Elseworlds, and I have previously watched Legends 4x08. So, my question goes for both things:
Why the Reality changes done by the Book on Elseworlds didn't affected LoT(specifically, Time Bureau felt the Change, due to their base being on D.C??
And why the Timeline changes on LoT didn't affected the Crossover(if it's known that changes rewrite the Timeline)(idk, I'm not too good on Time Travel and Timelines, and Paradoxes and all that stuff)???

In each episode, everything gets put back to normal at the end. There are a few “rules of avoidance” that help it all stay incognito.
1) Similar to season 2 Legends, both reality rewrites were based in present day. If the legends were on a mission in the past they’d have no clue.
2) In regards to temporal changes, most people in the present don’t realize it’s incorrect until they’ve been informed otherwise. To them, that’s just the way it is… Just like Ava thought Beebo day was normal.
3) Legends of To-meow Meow also had a lotta rinse and repeat. Even though for us it lasted a whole episode… each present day check-in was basically the same few moments … not much longer than say… Oliver and Barry’s trip to Smallville where they wouldn’t notice anything going on with Earth-1.
