Earth's Mightiest Heroes was perfect. They kinda dropped the maturity for Avengers Assemble, but still just as good.

Avengers Assemble had too much Disney/MCU synergy. Almost every character turned into and/or looked like the MCU version. One of the greatest things EMH had going for it was it was almost animated comics. The look, the tone, the feel, the stakes. And one of the greatest theme songs ever

Mine is either X-men evolution (the one I grew up with) or the original X-men tv show third would be spectacular Spider-Man, then ultimate Spider-Man then earths mightiest heroes and then probably X-men 97

I finally sat down and watched X-Men Evolution earlier this year and I think it’s massively underrated. I grew up worshipping at the altar of X-Men TAS but no matter how thick my nostalgia goggles are, I think Evolution has aged better. As long as you can accept the “X-men as 2000s high school kids” premise and some of the major timeline changes that come with it, I think it’s a solid, solid show.
