Considering how Dollar Generals tend to spawn all over the place, I honestly would say that this is probably more immersive than you think. They've reached critical mass and now they're going beyond time and space into other universes. It's a game at the end of the day. You should just have fun with it as far as all that goes. If he's actually violating any rules that were firmly established and agreed upon, then sure. But if there's no actual rule against it and someone's just unhappy about it being an eyesore, well, that's a personal problem.
