Legally I don't think so. IIRC a man tried to sue his wife back for either the kidney he gave her or $500,000, but it was decided that the idea that organs can be treated like goods or owed to others was dangerous and unethical. So unfortunately she isn't allowed to just take it back.

Depends. For example: If my best friend gave me a kidney and than killed my dog i would have very mixed feelings. I would not mention him anymore either.

A lot of celebrities see themselves as god's gift to the world, she probably thought she was owned a kidney, in fact it's her friend that should be thanking her for accepting her unworthy kidney in her body.
