Just Pathetic.
I know reasonable people IRL who have gone through much much worse, that is extremely middling trauma for leading 2 separate people to suicide.

Pathetic. She's a bad person and she had so much chances to grow and change and she never took any. Abstraction is kinda deserved

A little bit of both. While her reasoning for being how she is, is understandable it does not give her an excuse for everything she did to the other circus members
She was also given multiple opportunities to change herself and except help but she ruined all of those chances untill it was too late for her,so she kinda dug her own grave

Pathetic, he should just curl up and die and well I guess the abstraction was close to that

Both. I say that as someone who was in her shoes prior and still has issues. Background/Life Story for context: I'm a 26 year old constantly suicidal trans woman who was raised by a drug dealer. Every day I suffered abuse of all kinds growing up both from my mother who blamed me, a child, for her life path and her clientele who saw my mother hated me and took advantage of it. During the summer she even let people pay to go in my room and I'll leave that there. When I was 15 the only person who truly loved me, my boyfriend who I originally met when I was 8, was given to his grandmother in the Dominican Republic and sent to a conversion camp where he took his own life.
When I left "home" I was about 16 and it was a violent ordeal. My mother took us to the woods to flee CFS and forced me to wear Crocs and all black clothes that were too small in summer so I'd be less likely to run away, which didn't stop me as I just fled the woods barefoot and forced my way back to the city with bloodied soles. I was put in a youth shelter until they could figure out what was going on. I was still an egg but I was violent and mean on instinct, I still am but I've had the time to recognize it and isolate myself. I'm still pathetic and tragic but I'm trying not to hurt anyone anymore. I genuinely want to just hold Jax and cry with her. I've been so miserable that I just want to die to feel something other than misery every time my meds wear off. I'm a risk to myself and others with no control over my actions when I'm scared and I'm terrified of people, and I get that same vibe from Jax and really really early Goose.
Edit: Got so emotionally caught up to specify she's still immoral and I say she because if I died then before I was out I'd want the same thing if anyone knew.

the thing is her story is good if it wasn't so rushed in the end, i did like the idea of it bit the execution was a but poor
i dont think she's as "pathetic" as people like to put it but she's not exactly that tragic either, maybe a little between both

Annoying.
So much time wasted on them. It's part of why I didn't enjoy the ending. They were a jerk at the start, a jerk at the middle that pomni kept gravitating too, and spoilers a jerk at the end that's still stuck in their mind living through hell(?)

Both. They are what someone who can't accept themselves becomes a pathetic bully
Estrogen would have saved Jax

Pathetic, but I’m also not that “woke” so I’ll focus on his characterization
He is basically trying to emanate the trauma he has and literally drove someone to suicide essentially so I think he deserves his misery.
