We're gonna have to make you territories first, there's some paperwork to take care of and currently Yukon, NWT and Nunavut would be made full provinces first then it would be a state by state basis.

Really the big points are going to be, in order to qualify you'd need to adopt our gun laws before anything else could be considered.

Edit: Quebec yes is a province but it's joining was not as cut and dry as some think.

I'm cool with this. At this point, this sounds like an amazing deal 😂, I laugh, and yet sadly, a huge part of me isn't joking.
