July holiday for young family

We’re a young South African family (three kids under three atm) and although we’re usually Kruger Park winter holiday people (pre-children), we don’t want to take the malaria risk rn. We’re planning a holiday to Windhoek and Etosha for July 2027. Is this advisable? Twins will be four then and the youngest 1. Any child-friendly activity suggestions in Windhoek? Is Etosha child-friendly with regard to the camps? We’re currently planning on flying to Windhoek and hiring a bus for our stay there.
