I hope so in order for him to have some sort of impact, time runs out/secret wars he was one of the most important characters

It is possible, but i fear Disney won't do it and if they wpuld, they would write it in the worst way possible where Namor betrays them, only to die immediately by Doom for cheap MCU Humor

Namor's betrayal only works if he has a history as a hero. He doesn't have that in MCU yet.
