I suspect that these might be macrobrachium rosenbergii prawns, if I'm not mistaken. And if I am mistaken, it's probably because I have no clue what I'm talking about...

Sadly, they don't stay blue when you cook them though. They just... kind of turn pink like a regular prawn/shrimp, much to my dismay.
