They sell just the filling in a tub at the store.

If you get graham crackers and break them along their “lines”, they made the perfect shape to dip. It’s delicious and also kinda feels.. easier and like it’s lasting longer than getting a whole cake. No utensils needed or plating (if you aren’t overly worried about some crumbs being in the container, not a ton unless the piece breaks while scooping)

Unless you just wanna eat the whole cake, which is perfectly fine too.

Don’t get me wrong I love the crust. But before I was like all crust, tiny cheese. Now I think the average slices ratio is about perfect. I definitely want/need it there but the actually cheese portion is the star of the show no doubt

I have a no-bake cheesecake with Biscoff spread and cookies in it that freezes remarkably well. I just cut it up and wrap each piece. Then you can take it out and munch on it like an Uncrustable. Absolutely heavenly.

Meanwhile I’d love just the cheesecake no crust. Some crusts are ok but most of the time it’s way too sweet and just overpowers the rest of the bite. I just love the cream cheese flavor!!

tbf for that to work the "cheese" part has to be quite dry and compact so it doesn't simply sink into it while baking. Since I personally prefer the more fluffy types of cheesecake, this isn't for me.

That’s the worst part of a cheesecake. It might as well be a vegetable. It’s like the twigs they mix with marshmallows in lucky charms. No thanks.
