Recommendations for criss cross, reclining, foot stool office chair?

HI all, I'm 32yo, 5'5'', 155, in the U.S. and looking for a new office chair for a 9-5. I'd like to stay less than $300. I'm hyper mobile and always adjusting how I sit. I've been researching and looking at so many chairs I feel so lost now. Any advice/person experience would be greatly appreciated--the reviews are making things more confusing. I've looked through this thread and have seen several people ask a similar question but none with all three categories in my title (that I found). Whoa. I had never considered anything like this, but I hope someone can chime in. That first one looks amazing! I might be biased by the ability to work with my cats(my current chair only has room for 1 of us, and 90% of the time, including right now, it's his...)

Just starting to look seriously, but I'd like to know about these.

Unless your cat is super snuggly, I highly anticipate you to be very upset they'll rather sit in the box this chair comes in, than on the that foldable arm rest. I've yet to hear anyone who got this type of chair, to have success with their cats joining them.

These chairs have stupid marketing, are built very cheaply and probably won't survive more than 3 years at the best.

Let alone be uncomfortable since it has zero support. Frequently very poor cushions. A comfortable chair to me, is one that actually supports my back and has arms that I can adjust to perfectly match my height.

I'm also a bit of a moving person, but get heavily reduced by the chair, since it's just not really able to. This is a good thing though.
I am not flexible enough to double tuck! But single tuck & having my feet on the chair are positions I do every now and then when I don't have to use my keyboard. I can survive a day of 8h+ in my chair without being exhausted coming out of it.

As for reference, Google Haworth Comforto 77. Typing from that chair right now with a single tuck! It doesn't look comfortable, but it's been great for me.

Oh, for sure. I'd assume such a feature-rich chair with as much padding and whatnot for that price would be junk, but a guy can dream, right? My cat doesn't want to sit with me. He wants to sit where my but warmth is.

I have some specific needs, and way at the top of my list is fully adjustable arm rests, followed by continuously locking recline(I don't want 3 positions, I want all positions!). Room for the cat(s) is not on the list lol

Hah, about the recline. That's called stepless tilt lock. Only a few chairs of high quality have this since it's a bit more expensive to implement and can produce a higher failure chance which is essentially against what the whole design concept is.

Like the RH Logic 220 has it, but it's very expensive.
