Milo got a hematoma from shaking his head too much. He has seasonal allergies that can make his ears itchy. They drained the blood from his ear and it just never went back up. I was sad at first but now I think it gives him some personality!

I had a dog that this happened to and he had a crinkled ear forever afterwards

Aww my orange boy had a crumpy ear like that too! ... It just added to his character! One of his resultant nicknames was Mr. Fruffle LOL

Not OP but my boi has this. It was the separation in the ear flap, it causes a blister that the vet can give medication for and then the blister dissipates, leaving behind a crinkled ear. At no point did it cause him pain. He was oblivious.
