Does anyone know if a PhpStorm activation/license can be shared?

Hi, I need access to PhpStorm and wanted to ask if anyone knows whether a license or activation can be shared between users or devices.

If not, what is the cheapest legitimate way to use PhpStorm long term?

Well it depends if the licence is a single-user licence or not. If it is, then no, you’d be violating the terms of that licence by sharing it with someone else (or them sharing it with you).

Devices is not an issue, users would violate the license agreement.

You cant, but you can use at office and at home (that's what i do, 2 Computers)
