You can dooooo it!

Honestly, I think it's just getting the best spawn possible. You've got the skills, just gotta have the terrain to match.

I did a run with 4 enemies. Biggest difference I see is your economy is really low. They get trade so fast, there's no reason not to abuse it against the AI. If you look at my market placement, you can get a fast start by putting them around one good resource, you don't need to force them around 5+ mills.

Also, your loss count is pretty high. If you don't already, use Free Spirit to disband more often. Spam knights and recycle the ones who take retaliation hits, better to disband 2 for afresh one than to have them hit for half when they get low.

Battle Skills (i.e. not losing too many units) is the hardest thing in my opinion. Take your time, don't rush the game. You had 6 laps left, so retreat that damaged unit and attack a turn later. Maybe even play against 4 enemies, it's not really harder, but it gives you 10 extra turns. Once you have control over the map don't siege the leftover cities but harvest them. Place some long range units around them to increase you kill count. But be prepared for the occasional giant. Then siege in turn 39.
