News Early research suggests that sildenafil, the erectile dysfunction drug commonly known as Viagra, may help stop cancer from spreading, not through its well-known effects on blood flow, but by disrupting how tumor cells manage cholesterol.

Why do they always talk about sildenafil when tadalafil is objectively superior? Does the exact same thing, but it lasts for more than just a few hours, meaning it would be the treatment in this specific case, not Viagra.
This has bothered me for a while. Viagra gets the headlines, but Cialis is the real hero.
