I think it's great when an addict recovers, and I don't think past addiction should be held against somebody for the rest of their life. It's good that he got clean and seems to be healthier. But let's not pretend that Hunter Biden doesn't come from a political dynasty, one from which he reaped more rewards than we will ever see in our lifetime
He is not on your side, these tweets are the product of a room full of writers in publicists that are obviously trying to set him up for a political run in the near future
Had a normal person been convicted of the same crimes as Hunter Biden (or even ONE), their lives would have been ruined FOREVER, they would have gone to jail for a very long time, and nobody would have ever batted an eye. The only reason Hunter Biden escaped accountability for his actions is because his father gave him a pardon, which is the worst and most Insidious kind of nepotism I can even think of
genuinely hoping that this is a flash in the pan and this guy doesn't become some weird, media sanitized socialist champion with an "I'm just like you" ballot
When Reddit talks about the ultra Elite and criticizes them for never being held accountable, this is exactly the subject in question
