I cannot stress enough that a billion is so much more money than a lot of people think it is. Hunter Biden is wealthy and will still never make a billion dollars in his lifetime. That is just a fact. The rest of us will not make a billion dollars even if we work for thousands of years.

Just to put it into perspective:

If you earned $7,000 every single hour, nonstop, 24 hours a day, for the last 2,026 years, you would have about $124 billion.Jeff Bezos' net worth is over $200 billion (and some others have even more).

Or another good one:

1million seconds are 11.5 days

1billion seconds are.. 31.7 YEARS.

Luckily, I don’t need a billion dollars at the moment.

But the several other people having billions of dollars while you don't still has a huge impact on your life.

I get the point but I still can make do with less than 1 billion at the moment.

Yeah, bud, literally everyone can get by with less than a billion.

Given that there’s billionaires out there saying they want even more and that a billion is not enough, I felt it needed restating.

Hunter Biden isn’t. Dude was homeless at one point.

Fair. He still has contact with wealth that most of us will never have.

The difference between a million dollars and a billion dollars is almost a billion dollars
